Courcelette Condos is being designed as a low-carbon development. It features a high-performance building envelope and a geo-thermal system for heating and cooling. The building will also have electric vehicle chargers and infrastructure.

By design, Courcelette Condos is a bike-centric development with a dedicated bike entrance to the building, a bike repair/wash station and at least one bike parking space per unit. The building will also offer a car share program, with space for the neighbouring community.
